I recently engaged Teo's assistance in helping me source my first home in Los Angeles. I came into the meeting with very low expectations, as it is a very competitive market here, and I was not interested in getting into a bidding war over a unit. As well, I knew my geographic restrictions and price range may prove to be challenging. However, Teo was extremely patient and knew exactly how to manage my expectations. Though we thought the process would take at least 6 months, we were able to find a unit in only a couple and closed within 21 days. I couldn't be more excited about my new home purchase and was so impressed with Teo. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor.
