This man will be pulling out his phone light checking basement corners for any signs of mold or water and checking above every stove to see if there’s a proper vent or not. He noticed many things on walk throughs that my parents and I may have just breezed right past and he makes sure to point out the things he notices, good or bad. They say never trust a sales person but idk, I think Cesar’s just in it for the love of the game at this point. I dragged this man to a LOT of houses and he never once rushed me. He was very insistent that we need to find the right fit for me and that I not go past the amount of money I was comfortable with. This was my first time buying a home so I had about 80,000 questions and he was always happy to talk through any questions or concerns. He’s a fun guy to work with as well.
