Of those 122 active listings, 37.7% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Jeffersonville fell 3.6% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $265,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.

In June 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 20 days, compared to 30 days in June 2024.
