What can I say - so much went wrong with the house, not the sale but the house itself. Post home inspection everything that could go wrong did inclusive of a broken sprinkler system but, Camille was always so calm in dealing with the crazy client that I quickly became! I checked off good for advertising because I don't know what other options there may have been but it was shown frequently so I can't see that anything else could have been done. Either way, I'd send her to the Golden Gate Bridge to talk folks off the ledge - I think she could even do that!

Camille was completely professional and always available to speak w us and answered all our questions. She did an excellent job of negotiating our final price we received for our home. She was with us when the pictures were taken for the listing and made us feel relaxed and comfortable during this process. We asked her for a referral for an attorney and Kristen was excellent and professional as well. Camille always followed up after the house was shown by another realtor, and gave us the report. This was very helpful. Overall We would recommend Camille to anyone who needs to sell their home. We are so glad we chose her !!

Camille Simms is very, very easy-going to talk to, very professional and when you call she answers very quickly. If you have any questions, she answers you. Overall she was very trustworthy and did an excellent job getting us into our new home.
