Before we were even ready to be considered serious buyers, Dan spent time with us to help navigate the process and showed us some houses to give us an idea of what homes in our price range would look like. When we were fully ready and had our house under contract, Dan met us in a couple of different areas to look and determine what might be right for us. He continued to hang in there when two offers/potential contracts fell through. While he was on vacation, he kept in touch and put us in touch with another realtor so that are search would not be stalled. He is very knowledgeable, both about the areas in which we looked as well as about home structures and issues that could be potential problems. He was honest, forthright and constantly in communication with us. We landed in a happy spot and we are grateful to Dan for his help along the way.
