We visited NJ in December from out of state to meet with Dan and have him show us the 55 communities in Manchester. Dan was prompt to set up dates, times, and homes in several communities for us to visit. Dan spent a great deal of time with us during that visit and for the following six months through texts, phone calls, and video tours all the way through to our purchase. He also supervised the home inspection in our absence. Now that we are moved in, he has checked on us several times and has provided recommendations for contractors. Dan is very professional, helpful, fun, has a wonderful personality, and is well suited for the job!

Five stars all around for Dan! My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home in Barnegat, NJ and We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us through the process. He is super friendly and easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and very patient. He takes his time showing you each house and answering any questions or concerns. Even in this tough market Dan was able to find us a home for a very reasonable price. We put in an offer and within hours it was accepted. He always worked his schedule around ours. We just told him a time and he made sure to be there. His wife is also an awesome realtor so they work as a great team. If you need a home inspector, lawyer, contractor, etc, they got you covered! Dan really goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets done. If we ever need a realtor again in the future Dan will absolutely be our first call!
