Myself and my wife were looking for a new home/property. While searching through the listings online, we wanted to take a look at this really nice house, it was then that we were introduced to Lisa Ball of Century 21 Solid Gold Realty.

After that first viewing, we talked and got to know one another a little bit better as time went on, and realized how knowledgeable our realty agent was in terms of understanding the needs of her clients. That was important to us. We were then presented with a listing of several pages of homes to view, We searched a couple on the listing that interested us. Lisa Ball then got an idea of what we were looking for. Lisa mentioned once in our conversations “it’s got to feel like home to you." After a few more viewings, Lisa Ball then presented us with a home that, when we walked in; it was just that, we had that that “yep” this is the one. There is not enough words to explain about lisa ball she was very patient with me and my wife she never rushed us she showed us so many houses until we found the one that we wanted the house that we bought that Lisa showed us just came on the market that same day and she said I think this one is the house for us and got us to look at it the day it was listed and Lisa was wright it was the perfect house for us and we were the first ones to put an offer on it which we put the asking price and the owner agreed so now we own it and are very happy thanks to Lisa ball she helped us with all the paperwork all the emails we could not have done it with out her helping us we are first time buyers and would recommend Lisa to anyone we know who wants to buy a house or sell there house and she is very kind and did not rush us at all thank you so much Lisa ball we appreciate all your help on this journey of buying our home
