Mountain View had 6 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in May, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—up 44.44% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in June.
Of those 13 active listings, 30.77% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Mountain View grew 0.73% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $337,450. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to grow.
