Time on market has stretched, with the median home now taking 126 days to sell, up 5.88% since last month and 5.0% compared to a year ago, while nearly 19.99% of listings saw a price drop. Looking ahead to March 2026, projections show typical values edging to $311,500, median list prices around $335,900, and inventory rising toward 7,520, reinforcing Horry County’s neutral market reading of 53 compared with South Carolina’s higher typical value of $376,100.
