I think everyone thinks their buying or selling transaction wasn't the norm, but I know mine truly wasn't. It took months on the sellers end to clear up paperwork for me to buy. Gerda stayed on the sellers with clear and direct communication and ensured I was always informed of what was happening. Ultimately, I bought my house and I could not have done it without Gerda.
