Amy was always organized, on top of things, and willing and able to answer our many questions. She was patient with us - even when we got ahead of ourselves and then flaked on a couple of purchases. She allowed us to think about things on our own time and would check in with us when needed. It was a great balance! We learned a TON from Amy through this process and are grateful for all the time that her and her partner Daniel put in to finding us a home. We would happily work with Amy and Daniel again. Amy is the absolute best. Until she began to help us out, we didn't realize how poorly our previous relator experience had been. She was available, professional, knowledgeable and patient. She was always honest and straight with us, but allowed us to make our own decisions. Amy Heffelfinger successfully nagivated us, first-time homebuyers, through the daunting homebuying process. It is in large part because of her tenacity and professionalism that we count ourselves as California homeowners! From the very beginning she treated us as her most important clients and was available to answer questions at seemingly all times of the day and night. When we were unnerved by the process, she was there to help us get through the stress of it all. She went to bat for us, she was aggressive but professional. Admittedly, the house for which our offer was accepted was perhaps one of her more challenging ones given that the selling agent was very unresponsive. But she got us through it unscathed, and in less than two months (from first call to closing)!! In the current highly competitive SoCal market (tens of thousands over asking, removal of contingencies, etc) this result should be enough to convince you of her prowess as a real estate agent. We met Amy and Danny during a meeting when my husband and I had requested a showing for a house. After meeting Amy and Daniel and getting to know them, my husband and I felt very comfortable working with her when we were finally ready to sell our home and look for a replacement residence.

Amy was always available for questions and responded promptly. This was very helpful navigating our way through the purchase of our home and making decision on how my husband and I would like to proceed forward. If Kevin and I didn't fully understand something, Amy broke down elements in terms that Kevin and I could process. She updated us every step of the way.

Even if a home didn't check all the boxes on our wish list, Amy and Daniel would share listings with us just so we had the option of saying yay or nay. They understood our needs and found comparable homes for Kevin and I to consider. We never felt as though either of them were trying to sell us on a house just because they was looking to close the deal or get a larger commission.

Amy and Daniel did a great job selling my home. The description they provided in their advertising was perfect and the photos were very professional. The house sold quickly and they did a great job helping me to find another home.

Amy went above and beyond during our whole process. After meeting Amy at one of her open houses, she reached out when another house came on the market that she thought we might like. Unfortunately the timing wasn't right for us for that one, but she kept us in mind for over a year! Once we were ready to start looking again she jumped right in with us. We found our home one Friday afternoon and she had an appointment to show us the house by that evening!
She is always prepared. During the inspection when we found a roof leak, Amy had plenty of paper towels on hand and was soaking up all of the water out of the carpet! Even laid out extras while contacting the seller to let them know.

As everyone must know: selling your house is a very emotional stressful situation. Amy made it easy. She guided us through every hurdle with complete confidence and consummate competence. She was a master, every step of the way. I consider myself, lucky. Lucky the day I cold called Amy and asked her if she sold houses in the Montclair area. An hour later, she came to our house, we met, we talked, she answered every question. One minute after she and Dan left, I looked at my wife, she looked at me, and almost at the same time we said: She's the one.

From the beginning of the process, Amy was a go getter. She took what our preferences were for a property and presented us properties that she believed that we would like. She was always willing to take us to see properties and answered questions whenever we had them after our appointments. Once we found the property we wanted, she was thorough with any and all paperwork. She worked extra hard with the seller to negotiate the price and closing costs. She was more than willing to work around our busy schedules when it came to filling in paperwork. In the future, Amy will certainly be our go to for any real estate needs and we highly recommend her to anyone.

She is aggressive and researched the neighborhood and general housing market, the information was presented in a knowledgeable and professional manner during her first meeting with us. She suggested some simple, easy ideas to make our home more appealing to the sales market.The photographer was excellent and took photos from different angles to make our home and property "stand out and shine" on a video and on-line.
