Typically, I do not leave reviews or anything but in this case, I had to make an exception. Andrew was strongly recommended to me by a co-worker, who used his services when purchasing her home. I reached out to Andrew that same evening, and he was able to speak to me right away and laid out his proposed plan to get started. He gave an excellent first impression and that alone assured me I would be in good hands. Andrew has an great working relationship with a mortgage broker and insurance agent, both of whom I would also recommend.

Andrew thoroughly explained every step of the process and was responsive to any questions that we had. He understood what we wanted and what we could afford, which helped tremendously because our time was not wasted on viewing properties that did not match our criteria.

Andrew is knowledgeable, responsive, and has an overall pleasant personality. He is quick to respond to emails, text, or phone calls. As a first time home buyer, he did his best to put to rest any anxiety that we had about the process and guided us the entire way from start to finish. Despite even anticipating the birth of his first child, he made sure that we would be taken care of during his absence. Andrew never had an issue working his schedule around our work availability and I have no hesitation in stating that he is an exemplary model as to how an agent should treat his/her client(s). We never heard a snippet of negativity from Andrew regardless of how many properties we wanted to view. He helped us truly discover what we wanted in a home.

If I could only give 5/5 stars, I would give 10. The overall experience with Andrew was wonderful. Any road bumps along the way that we experienced was not his fault, and he did his best to please us and make it work. I will recommend Andrew to anyone seeking to buy/sell. You will not be disappointed.
