The Property I needed to sell was my parents estate, acreage with a house that needed a lot of work. Ann was able to market it and get it sold with very little effort on my part. Ann was great - it was comforting to have her support since our home was vacant for a while as we relocated to Arizona. We knew she was checking on the property and helped us get several things addressed around the home. She stayed with the potential buyer until we could get the terms that worked for both parties - which was several weeks.

So amazing to work with! She helped us every step of our journey to buying our first condo. She took extra time to meet with us over coffee and was so insightful when we looked at places we were interested in. She was also so kind and polite and even accommodated our family members when looking at some home options. We had an amazing experience and are so so so happy with our new place!
