Ann is very knowledgeable and we trust her completely. She’s an extremely hard worker and even met some painters at our new house to get quotes while we were out of town.
LeAnne was so wonderful through this entire process. While we did purchase a home previously, dealing with a builder, builder's rep and contractors is an entirely different process and she was so knowledgeable about everything that I could not have done this without her. Also, so amazing that she went by the house while we were out of town to check on the progress and take pictures of the work being done. She made sure we were aware of the differences between building a new home and buying an already built home and that we protected our rights as a home buyer - getting a 3rd party inspection - to be sure everything is up to our standards. It is always beneficial to work through the home buying process with an experienced realtor and that is what we had in LeAnne, but what made it even better was working with a friend. Someone who didn't mind if all our conversations revolved around my future house for a period of time and who listened to me vent about the annoying contractors/builder, someone who reassured me repeatedly that everything would be fine, and who celebrated with me when it was done, then helped me unpack my kitchen. As long as she doesn't get tired of us, she will always be our realtor. :)
