Belinda represented us in both purchasing and selling a condo we bought for our daughter to live in while attending the University of the Pacific. She expertly handled everything for us. Because we started looking late in the summer when we bought it, she negotiated with the sellers to allow us to rent the unit while it was in escrow, something rarely allowed by a seller. I recommend Belinda without any reservations, she is great.

I had Belinda represent me to sell my condo in Stockton, as I am located in LA county and away most of the time from being able to sort out things, Belinda went way and above normal Realtor® duties. Organizing a plumber, a carpenter to fix the fence an electrician to install safety devices, and dealing with the condo homeowners associating board which is no mean feat. This time was the 2nd time I had Belinda represent me in a real estate transaction and would use her again in a heartbeat
