He is very knowledgeable at home projects, things to be aware of, the differences in having well water or town water, what moisture in a home looks like, and all the other things we may have been blind to as we were looking. It was incredibly helpful to have him show us homes and give us honest answers when questions popped up with our best interests in mind. He also has great knowledge and relationships with local lenders, inspection, lawyers. etc which made that side of the process easy as well.
