My husband and I are first time home buyers. I am Active Duty Navy and are going through the VA for a loan lender. Being new the buying a home Mr. Rose has been extremely helpful and professional. He was very patient while showing several homes in one day to my husband and myself. He has never hesitated to answer a question no matter when I call he will answer. He bridges all gaps between the VA and myself. He keeps us updated and always double checks things with us prior to filling out paper work. He never hesitates to explain things we are unsure of until we fully understand. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home especially new home owners he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful this process would have been very stressful without him!

Words cannot express how grateful we are to encounter Mr. Rose and utilize his services for our first home purchase. He helped us every step of the way with tact, professionalism and his knowledge of the homes Jacksonville, OP area whether it be new construction or resale.
