Hi, I’m David Sanchez — a Tampa Bay local since the mid-90s and a full-time Realtor dedicated to helping families make confident real estate moves. I started my career in the mortgage industry, refinancing home loans nationwide before transitioning into real estate in 2006, helping homeowners with short sales and earning my real estate license in 2008. After several years in financial services with New York Life, I returned to real estate full-time in 2018 and have since helped over 150 families buy and sell homes across Tampa Bay.

I’m a family man, married since 2010 with three kids and two Shih Tzus. Outside of real estate, I enjoy movies, racing, video games, and spending time with my family.
