Denise Lucchesi was extermely helpful in the sale of our home. She knew exactly what was important to take care of and what was ok as is. Denise Lucchesi made the sale process run as smooth as was humanly possible. Denise set me up with a company that does liquidation auctions on items we no longer wanted in the home. This was a Trust sale. Once the sale was completed all other items were donated and the rest were disposed of. Once the house was completely cleared, Denise recommended a painter that painted the entire inside of the house and disposed of old wall to wall carpeting. Next step, Denise recommended a company to stage the house. Once the house was ready for viewing we had offers immediately. Denise went through each and every offer explaining to me what they meant. Denise has a great rapport with fellow Agents and worked out a deal that was beneficial to both parties.
Denise is a hard working hands on Agent. All inquiries were answered in a timely manner.
Through the years I have purchased 5 homes using Denise Lucchesi as my Agent. I will continue to work with Denise in the future!

Denise was the consummate professional and helped me with all aspects of the sale, from pre sale repairs, to staging, to completion of all sales documents.
