Denise is a rare gem of a person. The depth and breadth of her knowledge of the California real estate market is impeccable. Our sale was anything but typical and we came upon many aspects that required a delicate approach and diplomacy with the other realtors. Denise met every obstacle with fearlessness, decorum, and a plan. While our sale took many turns, Denise was always reliable and communicated daily and was ALWAYS receptive to my calls and questions while staying cheerful and positive. Denise Lucchesi made the sale process run as smooth as was humanly possible. Denise set me up with a company that does liquidation auctions on items we no longer wanted in the home. This was a Trust sale. Once the sale was completed all other items were donated and the rest were disposed of. Once the house was completely cleared, Denise recommended a painter that painted the entire inside of the house and disposed of old wall to wall carpeting. Next step, Denise recommended a company to stage the house. Once the house was ready for viewing we had offers immediately. Denise went through each and every offer explaining to me what they meant. Denise has a great rapport with fellow Agents and worked out a deal that was beneficial to both parties.
Denise is a hard working hands on Agent. All inquiries were answered in a timely manner.
Through the years I have purchased 5 homes using Denise Lucchesi as my Agent. I will continue to work with Denise in the future!
