Knowing that there was a sense of urgency to get into a new house Edward Springer helped out to find a good place to live on a short timely manner.

Todd was easy to work with and was great at keeping in touch. Every phone call, text message or E-mail was answered promptly. We had a tenant in the property and Todd was respectful of her privacy. He was able to work with her directly so we didn't have to do a three way phone tag to show the house or have work done.

He walked us through the whole process, answered tons of questions and helped us make good decisions. We had multiple offers the first day the house went on the market. All inspections, appraisals, and paperwork were done within 3 weeks, and we closed in less than a month.

I would definitely use Todd when buying or selling real estate.

Todd is the most professional, personable, patient and hardest working agent ever. He worked tirelessly for months to make sure all our needs were met and we found the house that had everything we wanted.
