I have been in real estate for the past seven years. Prior to that I owned my own gym and was a special education teacher. Since obtaining my real estate license I have been a top performing agent. I was the Rookie of the Year for my local office with just over $5M in closed transactions. I then followed that up the following year with $15M in closed transactions. I have consistently maintained an average of $8M in closed transactions. I am able to close so many deals because I offer my clients incentives to work with me such as a reduced listing fee, where most agents will charge 6-7%, I offer my clients 3-4% total listing fee which saves the seller thousands of dollars. I am a full service brokerage and offer professional photography, drone photos, 3DZillow Tour, MLS listing, marketing to over 10,000 agent sites, paid advertising, and listed on all of the major real estate platforms. Bottom line is, I will get your home a great deal of exposure to help get your home sold.
