Alan and Brandon were an unstoppable team! The entire process was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with any realty company. From the moment the showed up at my front door till closing day, they were accessible, reliable, and answered every question I had no matter how small! They were able to sell our home for more than expected. I cannot recommend them enough!! Excellence in every way!

My wife and I just closed on the sale of our home. It was bittersweet because we were moving to an assisted living facility. We are both in our mid 70’s and both have health issues. We also had issues with the house (the big freeze was a disaster).

Alan and Vanessa did the heavy lifting but Brian was always there. One of the biggest advantages was White Picket’s I’m race net of digital! We would meet virtually an communicate via text. The visual tour of the house was incredible. Another huge thing was being able to complete all the documents online!

Late last summer when I first contacted Dave Ramsey for a real estate agent ELP Alan was not one of the referrals we received. But we were not ready to move forward and did nothing.

About the time we were ready in the fall, I received a postcard from Mr. Hernandez real estate company. He was very local, actually lived one street from me. I thought I'd take a chance and make him my first interview.

Along with giving me his qualifications and experience, he mentioned he was an ELP.

Let me just say, he and his associates went above and beyond in negotiations with buyer and helping locate a couple of contractors to make quick and efficient repairs to items found in the inspection.

Alan, Brandon and Vanessa were a top notch team. The pandemic is not an easy time to sell or buy your home. We had specific request to sell our house as is and they were patient with us. Home buying can be a daunting task but Alan, Zachary, Vanessa and the rest of the team at WPR have gone above and beyond to make this experience as smooth as possible.
