Cesar was truly both an excellent realtor and person as well. He went out of his way to meet with us initially before we had even signed with him. Once we did, he demonstrated excellent knowledge of the Humble and Fall Creek area and worked quickly do develop and execute a marketing plan.

We had multiple offers within a few weeks and he worked to negotiate us the best deal considering all factors (time to close, hassle factor etc). Throughout the process Cesar was always willing to answer questions and he would check in with us to see if we needed anything.

His assistant Jenny was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. She was very diligent in making sure we had received paperwork timely and would walk us through anything we had questions on.
