Jacob was born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland, and he spent summers vacationing with family in the Garden City Beach area.

He has always loved coastal South Carolina, and in May 2022, he graduated from Coastal Carolina University in Conway with a degree in Intelligence and National Security.

For as long as he can remember, Jacob has worked alongside his father, learning the ins and outs of real estate. Following in his father's footsteps, Jacob is now a REALTOR® and a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® Legislative Forum and Young Professionals Network. In 2023, The Sun News named Jacob the silver winner in the Best Real Estate Agent category of the Best of the Beach contest.

When he is not helping his clients, you can find him golfing or tailgating at a Coastal Carolina football game in his free time.
