Jason Smawley impressed us during the sale of our property in that he offered services that we could not find while shopping around such as staging an empty home prior to listing. He also is very knowledgeable about what is important in preparing for sale and how to gauge whether a contract is worth accepting. That input from him was invaluable and we don't sell houses as often as he does of course. Jason also made us feel comfortable that he was familiar with the area and with the buyers that are common to the area. These are all things that drove us to sell through a realtor and we are glad we selected him

He is great. ..always there when you need him. If he is out of town he makes sure someone will take care of you. We have used Jason in the past and would highly recommend him to anyone. He cares about his clients and will do what he can to help them. Very knowledgeable about the area, He also has good advice about lawyers...home owners insurance and and where to find the best loans. Will use him for all our buying and selling needs.

Jason Smawley is a top shelf kind of real estate broker. His knowledge base is excellent. His ambition and negotiation skills are exceptional as well. We felt as though Jason had our backs through the whole process and went to bat for us when necessary. He listened to our needs and even delivered on some of our wants. We appreciate him so much for doing a stellar job. He came to be thought of as a friend of ours because he was so personable and upfront with us from start to finish. He made himself accessible always and even offered guidance in our out of state real estate endeavor. Jason saved the sale of our home by offering to give up some of his commission to get the deal closed and we have never had an agent who would part with their own money for our benefit! None of the above factors influenced our decision, because Jason was assigned to us through the USAA Realtor Rewards program. We couldn't have been more pleased with this assignment. Jason was professional and enthusiastic, and we felt right away that he was going to get us the best possible sale price for our home. We were not disappointed.

Our experience with Century 21 was excellent. Would like to also acknowledge the great help provided by Skye Montgomery with our home search. She was patient when we were probably exasperating, and she was in tune with our wants and needs. Thank you, Skye!!

Jason Smawley was very knowledgeable of the community and assisted in finding us the perfect home. He was open to working around our work schedules, even at the drop of the dime. He is a great realator who cares more about helping you fine the perfect home than just making a fast sale. I would recommend using him.

Jason Smawley is very educated and informed in the areas market. He thinks outside of the box when it comes to his selling and negotiating techniques. I would strongly suggest listing or purchasing any home with him!
