I am active duty. I received short-fused orders from San Diego, CA to Washington DC in the middle of 2021 Pandemic. We avoided a bidding war amid a Seller’s Market because of his negotiation skills. When we received orders, we knew who to call. Jurgen helped us to understand timelines and what it takes to sell a home; They were well-informed on the challenges of market health. Our house sold in under a week for over the asking price. Closing procedures were rapid, efficient and informative. To say: I recommend Jurgen is an understatement.
