Absolutely great experience having Jürgen Gonzalez as my realtor!! My wife and I were preparing to relocate from Nebraska to the DC-MD-VA area and we needed a realtor. A co-worker recommended Jürgen. I spoke with Jürgen while I was still in Nebraska and immediately, he began to guide my wife and I along the way. He listened to our preferences and set up a profile with housing recommendations based on our desires.

Over the weeks, as our desires changed, he would adjust the profile to meet our needs. When we arrived in town for an initial visit, he met with us over multiple days to show us the homes we wanted to see.

During our search, his experience and expertise was incredibly helpful, and helped narrow our search. Jürgen also connected us with a lender for consideration (which we did use).

We started out looking for a home from overseas. Jurgen went out of his way to talk to us at a decent hour, and even did a video walk through of a house we were interested in. Jurgen understood the difficult transition in moving from overseas, and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs when we arrived in the US.

Jürgen and Kristen has done it again! Our first purchase in NOVA was our condo last year. We reached out to them again to list our condo and to purchase our next home because of their superior level of service. Between my wife and I, we had like seven zip codes in the last several years, so we move a lot. We have worked with realtors that often made us feel we were just a number. Working with them has always felt like a priority, even when they are at a hockey game.
 
Jürgen and Kristen has been magnificent with the sale of our condo. The extent of market analysis conducted by the team provided an objective approach to allow us to price our condo competitively. Their flexibility with working around our busy schedule during the initial stages of selling resulted with an immaculate online listing accompanied with their marketing initiatives. Instead of just letting the online listing bring in potential buyers, they pro-actively reached out to all realtors in their network which has yielded double digit showings within the first 72 hours. As offers were presented, we were counseled versus pressured, so it enables us to be comfortable with our decision with the contract. After the contract was ratified, Jürgen and Kristen stays in constant communication, and we never felt out of the loop. The transparency really helped us to meet each milestone of the process. 
 
As we were selling our condo, Jürgen and Kristen was also showing us listings to purchase. In this competitive market, you must have a responsive realtor. Jürgen and Kristen is the standard. They showed us many listings and every time, we were afforded the opportunity to objectively consider each listing with their counsel and they even point out concerns found during the showing.  The attention to detail most likely has saved us a lot of money. Jürgen's previous military experience allows him to connect with active duty service members in a way that most other agents cannot. His understanding of the PCS process made our transition much easier which also helped us make the best decisions during the home buying process. I really can never say enough about how great Jurgen was. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were so intimidated by the process that we wanted to rent just so we didn't have to deal with the "hassle" of buying.
