Jeff's attention to detail was exceptional. He was able to explain the real estate process to me, as it was the first home that I have had the pleasure of purchasing. He was able to communicate specifics of the area and pros/cons of certain locations, housing options, etc due to the fact that he knew the area so well. He was able to find pros/cons in real estate properties that I, as a novice, could not see. Jeff was willing to do what needed to be done to get requests of mine completed, even if those requests were not typical requests. He was great to work with and was professional in his demeanor with me and with other professionals that we worked with during the process. I would definitely work with Jeff in the future and recommend him to others.

We found him to be competent, informed and confident. We had 2 brokers before Jeff, one was a novice and the other was a long time Wilmington broker. Neither one was even in the same league as Jeff!

Jeff Lesley and his colleagues helped us from Go; his estimation of our home's value and speed at which it would sell were key to our trusting him as our agent. This was particularly important, as we were selling our home while living 1000 miles from Wilmington. Throughout the process we were kept informed of the status of To-Do items and critical dates, and he--along with Ashli and Emily--were quick to follow up or explain any questions we had along the way.
We had no doubt Jeff was giving us his best, providing sound professional opinions, and keeping our interests and well-being in mind throughout.
