Jeff Warrick

Jeff lives in Aptos with his wife and their two teenage boys. He’s an Aptos High School graduate and earned a B.A. in Film and Literature from UC Santa Cruz. As an entrepreneur, he’s owned and managed several local businesses, including a video production company in Santa Cruz and a market / deli in Soquel Village. Jeff is experienced in business development, marketing, solar installation and videography, but has always had a passion for real estate, which led him to earning his DRE and NMLS licenses in 2018. Jeff comes from the lending side of the business, having worked for Monterey Bay Resources, a local private lender. He’s excited to bring his knowledge and enthusiasm to assist local Monterey Bay Area clients with their personal and investment real estate endeavors.
