My name is Jennifer Sinacore. I am the broker/owner of JLS Real Estate Group, a full-service real estate company. I received my real estate license in December 2008. At that time, I was also a horse trainer/instructor, disciplined in English Hunter/Jumper training, instructing, and competitive showing. My students, the horses I trained, and I began showing up and down the East Coast circuit, where I developed many contacts along the way. During that time, I primarily started selling horse properties. In 2010, I completed my first short sale, which intrigued my interest, and I became a short sale specialist, negotiating short sales for sellers, attorneys, and other real estate agents. Over time, I developed many relationships with investors, which led me into property and project management and real estate risk analysis. I look forward to working with you, whether you are a seasoned investor, first-time homebuyer, or seller.
