I recently sold my home (March 2020) due to an unforeseen hardship, and I have nothing but good remarks to share about Jeremy Collins. Jeremy had already worked as my realtor once before (when I bought the same house I just sold) and it didn't take even a second thought to choose him for the sale because of the outstanding experience I had the first time. This sale was no different. Both times he was patient, kind, thorough, constantly communicative, helpful, selfless, and professional--even though I haven't been the easiest client to work with. He got an offer quick at the price I was hoping for, answered every question I had, helped in any way he could, and took care of absolutely everything which is a service I am very thankful to have had. I chose Jeremy the first time because of a random Zillow ad which I thought was risky at the time, but I got very lucky and would hire him 10 more times if I was looking for real estate in the area again.
