Jon is absolutely incredible. We had to sell a condo with a lot of complications and it took over six months to do it. Jon was constantly available every single day we needed him and even though it was a small sale for the area it felt like he treated it like a million dollar sale.

Jon Hodgson was fantastic to work with in this difficult house sale for my Mom. She lives in Western WA & her home was close to her & not living in it any more. Whereas, I'm located in Eastern WA. She's elderly & doesn't have a computer, etc. Jon went out of his way to make sure she had all of the docs needed to make this a smooth transaction, went to her for signing them & made sure she had copies of everything.
