We recently sold our house with Jon and would highly recommend him as a realtor. After a phone conversation with Jon we set up an initial consultation. We informed Jon during the phone call that we would be interviewing other agents. Jon arrived at our house with a bound book that was customized with our information. He explained what his role would be, how he would market our house, along with suggestions for what we needed to do to not only get the house ready to sell, but to get the best offer. He offered a fair commission up front which was much appreciated. We discussed it after Jon left, and we both felt very comfortable with Jon and his plan to maximize our sale price so did no other interviews. During the preparation of our house he was patient and informative and his recommendations for contractors were excellent. We listed our house in March with a desired June 1 closing. He did a great job negotiating on our behalf.

After months of scrolling listings on our own, we really didn’t think it was even possible to get into a home. When we started working with Hogdson Homes that all changed, and we we able to find the perfect place. Jon was very knowledgeable, responsive, and experienced. One long day, he even took us to seven listings on account of our busy schedule. To prove how fast and efficient he is, we saw a house, texted him, he set up a tour for us, and then put in an offer all within about three hours. And the offer was accepted the next day! We still can’t believe we are in this home!
