No words to express how peaceful, calm and passive the experience was with Josie having her as our realtor with our first time home purchase. Being young and uncertain in this new point in life doing a big decision by buying a property was not so scary having her by our side. She took control, told us to sit back and relax, while she took on the heavy tasks. We felt safe and certain, and knew that Josie had it handled despite it being our first time meeting her and working with her, we are sure this was not a mistake and would do it again by having her as a realtor once more!
