I really enjoyed the painless process of buying my home with JP. The 1 st challenge we had was finding a home within my budget and 2nd had to be in Brooklyn and not too far from my family. And holy crap he did it! & the neighborhood was incredible too! And my youngest son's school was one of the best in the boro. Plus he had all the right connections from a great Mortgage Broker, Home inspector, RE lawyers, and anyone else we needed to get the deal done.
