Kevin has been an active Realtor since 2002. After completing graduate studies at University of Maryland, Kevin has worked in residential and commercial real estate. After building a successful, independent real estate firm in Ocean City, Maryland, he decided to sell the firm and move to south eastern North Carolina to raise his family in a vibrant salt water environment.

His passion and knowledge for all things family and water including fishing, boating, and surfing, combined with 17 years in the business help to solidify his real estate expertise in this unique coastal environment.

Kevin formed The Hill Group at Coldwell Banker Seacoast Advantage to be able to provide a more comprehensive and high-performance real estate experience for his clients.
