Kristine helped us sell our first home. She gave us very practical advice. We wanted to price a little over what she thought the market value would be and she did just that. We had lots of interest on the home but the lot size held us back a little. She then talked us into dropping the price to her original point and we sold the house within days! Listen to her on the price, she knows what she is talking about. She dealt with a lot of hassles coming from our buyer (a first time buyer) and helped us to stay calm when it looked like everything was going to fall through. In the end she got it worked out and we are so happy in our new home!
