Landen was very on quick to respond to all forms of communication even though I know he was incredibly busy during the time he was helping me. Landen is a realtor who listens to what the buyer says they want, and then goes above and beyond to make sure that is what they get. Most people don’t think you need a realtor when building a home, but Landen was extremely helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When we discovered a few issues throughout the process, Landen handled them well, and made sure that we, the buyer, benefited in every way possible. We are incredibly thankful for his help with this process, and are excited to be in our new home!

We can not recommend Landen Miller enough! Selling a home can be extremely stressful (especially with 3 little kids!) but he handled every part of the process with such patience and attention to detail. It was never a doubt of who we would list our home with because we knew that he would represent us well and get the best price for the value of our home. He handled the negotiations and every part of our closing perfectly, we just had to show up! He scheduled inspections, appraisals, surveys and was so considerate of what worked best for us. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Landen Miller. He is the hardest working and most genuine person in the business. We have used him to both sell and buy our next home. My husband and I knew instantly he was the one for us—we were extremely fortunate to have found him. He was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. Landen was immediately responsive to our questions to help us. Every time we viewed a new property, Landen would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc.

His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are just a few of the things that describe him. He is incredibly personable. Working with Landen Miller at Century 21 Judge Fite far exceeded any of my expectations. As first time homebuyers, My fiancé and I were not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Landen was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my partner and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He has a great arsenal of resources and knowledge readily available. He was always prompt and on time to all of our scheduled showings, always has a smile on his face and is very polite.

Landen was always flexible with his schedule and great at communicating. He worked with us to put together a letter to the sellers within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level even though we were on a tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted.

Week 2 after moving in, we were having a plumbing issue with our kitchen faucet. I remember Landen saying in an email, if I ever needed anything, please reach out to him.
