Landen was very professional and personable from start to finish. He was not pushy or aggressive but offered his assistance and ways to aid me in marketing my property from our first interaction. I tried selling the home myself for a month. During that time I spoke with a number of agents that would have liked to have gained the listing. Our house took several months to sell, because it was large and fitted only a small percentage of buyers. Landen was never discouraged.
