Landen was great to work with from the moment we felt the need to shift away from our prior home and begin looking for the next location. Landen helped us in the buying and selling process of our previous home. From the beginning to the end we felt like a priority and all of our needs and expectations were exceeded. He has tremendous knowledge of the market and homes in general. We are so happy and grateful for his work!

First, let me say that Century 21 Judge Fite has an amazing group of agents. Originally, Amy Herzog represented us as we started out on our journey to find a home and as we expanded our search area, she was able to connect me with Landen Miller to continue searching west of the Dallas metro. Knowing Amy for some time, I was a little concerned about working with another agent; however, she eased my concerns and genuinely stated that she would not steer me wrong and that I would be in good hands with Landen. Amy is one of th best!
And she was absolutely correct, when we first met Landen, he was very easy to talk to and eager to get to know us to better equip him with what we were looking for ensuring he had all of the data needed to focus our search. Landen went above and beyond showing us potential possibilities and spoke candidly about builders, locations, and home buying in all of its capacity. Quickly, we knew Landen was stepping up to the plate for us and that we could trust his insight and direction. After several excursions looking, we decided on a home that we fell in love with. Landen was hand in hand with us through the process making sure we did not have any questions or concerns at all. Each time, we did have a question, Landen was always there to provide his input and/or contact the builder to inquire.
More importantly, Landen was there for the initial and final walk through and I can tell you he is very thorough in his inspection of the house. What we appreciated most about Landon was his patience and honesty. If he didn't know an answer immediately, he would tell us and then refer us to an expert for a quote/inspection of a certain feature. He also took the time to answer each question and help us through some tricky negotiations.
