We went thru the whole home buying process in florida from watching Ken’s youtube channel to connecting with Kenneth Lee Wilson. Lee gave us very clear rundown about the market and kind of home that should be a sweet spot based on our budget. I loved that Lee was very straightforward , transparent, and thorough about his approach. When we flew from CA to Orlando , Lee organized home showing and allocated enough time for us to spend so we can make an offer right away . We reached Saturday morning, saw quite a few homes Saturday and Sunday and made an offer Sunday itself. Lee was very prompt through the process and very responsible and responsive.
