We called Lindsay one evening just to explore the market. We were wanting to build so we had time to sort out details. Next thing we knew we fell in love with a completed new construction home. We placed an offer the same day. Lindsay listed our current home two days later and got 8 offers in 36hrs. All said and done from the time we decided to explore the possibility of purchasing a new home and the time we moved in was 5 weeks including the sale and closing of our old home. To top it off I’m a bit of a handful. I’d say she’s pretty great.

Lindsay Jackman is the badass rockstar realtor of your dreams. She took a smelly, disgusting hoarder’s paradise and created a bidding war. Where do I even begin? I guess I'll start with when I met Lindsay 2 years ago. She came highly recommended by one of my friends. I was in a bad spot financially and thought I might need to sell my home. My first meeting with her I knew that there wasn't anybody else that I'd want to help lead me through this type of transaction. She was kind, thoughtful and above all she LISTENED and HEARD everything that I said. After that initial meeting I not only knew she would be my realtor but I felt I had gained a great friend.

Back in 2018 I decided not to sell right away but Lindsay never pressured me and, in fact, checked on me periodically to see how I was doing. Never did she mention me selling, she just seemed to genuinely care for my well being and always just wanted what was best for me.

When I finally made the decision to sell it was August/September of 2020. Talk about patience! Lindsay was her normal self when I talked to her about it and still genuinely just wanted me to come out better after everything was said and done.

The whole experience was stressful, as anyone that has sold a home would tell you. However, Lindsay was ALWAYS available and checked on me constantly to check on my progress of getting the home ready and she even helped with some work on the house, which I never expected. She was available at all times to talk if I had concerns or just was feeling unsure about the whole thing. She provided so much relief and I can never thank her enough for that.

While I don't know much about real estate strategy, I can attest that if hers wasn't perfect it was damn close. We listed on a Wednesday. We had an open house and 30+ showings in a short 5 day period. We got 9 offers, all of which were over asking price! I couldn't have been happier!

After all that she still goes above and beyond to do things for her clients. I just had one of the best Thanksgivings I've ever had and a lot of that can be attributed to Lindsay.

If you're looking for someone who has your best interest at heart, will help you in any way she can, will go above and beyond, and will get you better results than you expect then you should choose Lindsay Jackman as your Realtor.

Lindsay did an excellent job in getting us ready to sell our home. She also had the property staged beautifully as well as photographed very professionally. She has such an eye to express how the property will be presented online...and in person. She is calm in any calamity. She has navigated many real estate waters...and has wisdom to lead anyone either buying or selling. She is a consummate professional. We sold; bought; and sold with her. If we could, we would transplant her to the state we moved!

The house went on the market late Thurs evening. The very next day we had 2 full cash price offers. It was not even on the market for 24 hours.

We became friends with her. She is a wonderful professional and a great person!
