Once she became my realtor that very same day, she quickly drafted documents to place an offer on the property at a price that was below asking. The seller agreed and I was in contract. Lindsy’s knowledge of the home buying market and her ability to keep in constant contact with me was the game changer. We worked with Lindsy as first time buyers over about 4 months looking for the right home. We came in with some unrealistic expectations, and possibly conflicting "must-haves." While never being anything less than positive and supportive, Lindsy gently steered us toward areas and properties that slowly convinced us to compromise and adjust our pie-eyed expectations! We never felt pressured, or rushed, or dumb...despite being kind of dumb! In the end, we found, purchased, and have been happily living in our new home for a couple months as of this review. Overall, Lindsy was a very positive asset in the process, and we would not hesitate to refer her to friends or family.

I can't say enough good words about Lindsy. She is an excellent agent and very knowledgeable about the Santa Cruz area. I was moving from San Jose so I didn’t know the Santa Cruz area very well. Lindsy is a home match-maker! She found the perfect home and neighborhood for me. She will always go over and above in the search process, from spending time understanding your requirements to doing full due diligence on any property you ask her to look at. She will give you her honest opinion on whether it's a good potential purchase or something you should probably avoid, even if you really had your eye on it. She wants to make sure you'll be happy regardless of if she could make that transaction. Not only is she responsive, diligent and competent in her work, but she is also very personable and a joy to interact with!

Lindsy first of all is so patient and thoughtful. We really appreciated how there was absolutely no pressure but at the same time she was readily available whenever we were and did not miss a beat when we were. She also communicated with us every step and again, no pressure in our decision making process but available for guidance should we want it. She is professional and kind and really rallies around her clients, ensuring all our needs and wishes are met. I really loved working with Lindsy and would highly recommend her!
