My children had to get my home ready to sell after I moved to an Assisted Living Facility. Marc was able to suggest what was best to prepare the home to be listed. His advice was to fix a few things but not overdo. Marc suggested a price for us to list the house at and obviously it was right on since we sold it on the first day. Marc is AMAZING!!! We put our mother in his care for the sale of her home...the home my siblings & I grew up in.
