I met Marc Murawski along time ago and he continued to stick with me and follow up. I think of him as a friend, and he always puts my needs first. He is considerate, caring, and very patient for an old lady.

I really enjoyed working with him. Always available and quick to respond. I trust him. That means a lot. His team, attorney was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. I feel blessed to have them as a team. My closing went smoothly and they were sensitive to my needs. It’s difficult letting my home that I lived in for over 30 years go. My children had to get my home ready to sell after I moved to an Assisted Living Facility. Marc was able to suggest what was best to prepare the home to be listed. His advice was to fix a few things but not overdo. Marc suggested a price for us to list the house at and obviously it was right on since we sold it on the first day. The process from the beginning to the closing went off without a hitch. We were pretty shocked. My family and I will definitely recommend Marc in the future.
