Outstanding job

Maria and Betsy were a great team to work with as we searched for our first home. From the very beginning, they worked hard to find the right fit for us and eventually helped us close on the house of our dreams. I couldn't be happier that we chose to work with them and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.

Downsizing is a very overwhelming and difficult task. However, Maria took us under-wing. Knowing our needs and wants, she showed us the one area that we were interested in and the various options available. Even after signing a purchase contract, Maria was there anticipating our needs and making suggestions. After 6 months of working on the contract, Maria was one of the outstanding people that made the closing happen in a smooth manner. Thank you, Maria.

Maria made a difficult as well as emotional process easy for us. She also helped me stage the house as we couldn't use the stagers because of the corona virus. Maria got us through listing the house, staging it, and selling it the day we listed it. All processes, including the closing, went smoothly.

Maria understood my need to transition from home ownership and downsizing to a condo. She was knowledgeable about the area and helpful in making recommendations in regard to movers, lending institutions, stagers, etc. I appreciated her guidance delivered without pressure.
