Maria has a lot of knowledge and experience and helped me every step of the way. She was always readily available and had really helpful advice, especially for me being a first time home buyer. It was obvious to us you have a very good knowledge of the area and the condo sales. You had a clear and aggressive plan of action. we had so many showings which indicated a great advertising. The sale price was lower than what we have hoped, but this is not in anyway your fault...bad market timing I guess...Thank you again Maria.
