From the moment I had our first conversation with Mark, I knew this was the guy i wanted to sell my house. It was like talking to an old friend, that just wanted what was best for my hime selling journey. Mark went through every detail.of how the sale would proceed, set clear expectations, and communicated every step of the way. He managed to work his magic and we were in contract within 11 days, and closed within 2 months start to finish. Mark is the most genuine human being I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and he has the most amazing customer service skills out there. In Mark's world, you are not just a name or a paycheck. He will take you in as family amd be there all in all the way to the end.

When we first came to thiis area In 2014 we were looking for a rental and had a very small budget. Nearly all of the realtors we contacted were unresponsive to us. It felt like we were being snubbed and treated like unimportant broke trash. We were fortunate enough to meet Mark. He really worked hard to help us and treated us like important clients.

Due to our financial situation, in 2014, we ended up renting in Maryland. We were sad that Mark could not help us in that state.

By 2018 we were in a position to purchase a home in Virginia. We had lost Mark's card but worked to seek him out for what would be our first home purchase, this one.
