Katie was amazing! We went from “casually looking” to selling our townhouse in the course of a week and she did a fantastic job of staying the course and guiding us through the entire process. Our townhouse sold about 48 hours after she listed it, with 6 offers to choose from, and she helped us find a new home right away despite our need to include the home sale contingency in our offer. Katie was super knowledgeable, understanding, SO patient, and responsive. She’s a real estate rockstar and we’re so happy she was our agent.

Katie was amazing!! She handled the sale of my condo in Kingstowne with some VERY difficult buyers. She also helped me buy a SFH from a commercial seller - not the easiest people to deal with. Both transactions were VERY difficult, but Katie kept calm, professional and was always in touch and moving things forward. I don't know how I would have done either without her!! Ten stars!! We still keep in touch which is awesome :)

10/10 would recommend to anyone searching for a home!!! Very professional, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable! Zillow first put me in contact with Katie when I began my home search, 7 months before I purchased my first home. Katie knew the local area and made recommendations based on my preferences. She also respected my timeline to buy and did not pressure me into buying before I was completely satisfied on the home and the area. During my home buying experience, my work informed me I might have to move from the area. After informing Katie that I couldn't buy, she offered to put me in contact with reliable real estate agents where I could have moved to. Thankfully my work changed their minds and allowed me to stay in the area. Katie was the first person I called when I restarted my home search, as I knew she was the best real estate agent to meet my needs. She always gave her honest advice on home value and even gave ideas on how to improve a home once purchased.

Kathryn was extremely helpful and always responsive and prompt. I had to make a quick home purchase in the Alexandria, Virginia area due to work, and I was entirely unfamiliar with the area. Kathryn provided excellent information to help me in my decision including detailed local knowledge, and was even willing to do remote showings for me since I was not in the area for the entire purchasing process. I had a handful of other realtors before I found Katie. Truly a top notch consummate professional and the best realtor I’ve worked with. Right off the bat, I let her know that I am very particular and that I would almost certainly find the house on my own and just require help navigating the sale. While it’s true I did find it (on day one of the listing), before I was able to reach out to her she was already emailing me telling me she found the perfect fit…the same house. In a massive market, she was able to land on the exact house for me because she listens to her clients. Furthermore, she then navigated a complicated sale involving changes in financing post offer, inspection issues, concessions, and reduction in the sale price all while knowing these would ultimately reduce her commission. Cannot recommend her enough and only wish I had more referrals I could send her way.
