Nada was AMAZING!! It was a very fast sale and she was on top of every detail. Highly recommend using her for your sale or purchase. She still checks in with me even though my closing date was more than 2 months ago. Very professional but still down to earth and sweet.

Nada has not only helped me find my first home, but helped my sisters find theirs as well. She's quick to respond to any questions we had and walked us through the process with ease. She's very personable and always has our best interests in mind.

Nada was amazing at helping us sell our family home. She was straightforward, empathetic, flexible when needed and very proactive. I also can’t believe that she rolled up her sleeves several days to do some badly needed yard work. Who does this?? Well, Nada did. And when we needed a few small things done around the house (eg get rid of some furniture) she handled that too. Nada made this process easy and for that we will be forever grateful.

Nada is a great real estate agent. She has strength in adaptability, working with divorced couples, having plenty of resources to help make your home sellable for example painters, handyman’s. She is also knowledgeable about the market, and problem solving skills about utilizing or showcasing space to make it presentable for buyers. She suggested packing hints, and discussed how to stage my house to present the best appearance to potential buyers. We bought a house from out of town and Nada went and did everything for us. She would do phone tours, contact old listings that weren't current on the market when new listings weren't popping up, and many other things that went above and beyond her job description.
