Nancy was the best realtor we have dealt with in many homes we have sold. In this specific situation we were selling the home of my mother whose health was declining. During the time of the sell she moved into an assisted living. We were all out of state and trying to make improvements to the home and make any repairs required for the sell. Nancy was able to assist in finding individuals who worked in the area who performed the different trades we needed. She assisted in communicating with the tradesmen and with multiple family members as we went through the process and helped smooth out ruffled feathers at times as well. She was knowledgeable and very well versed on the pricing of the area. She made suggestions for improvements that she knew would have a return on the investment. We were able to price the home higher than any other realtor we met with (and we met with many of them). She was able to get three offers in less than 24 hours. We were able to select an all cash offer and close in less than a month. Her work and the work of her team went above and beyond that expected. We are grateful for all of her hard work, attention to detail and her expertise!
