San Clemente is currently tilted toward sellers, with the market gauge pointing to a seller’s market. Months of supply sits at 2.4, which is well below what is typically considered balanced. Looking at prices, the typical home value is about $1.76 million, up roughly 7 percent compared with a year ago.
